LOOKS retains sole discretion over marketing strategy, budget allocation, creative content, audience targeting, and campaign timing.

By registering on LOOKS, Business Owners grant LOOKS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use publicly available business information for promotional purposes.

This includes

• Business Name
• Logo
• Brand Identity
• Business Description
• Service Listings
• Images
• Videos
• Customer Ratings
• Customer Reviews
• Promotional Offers
• Business Location

Such content may be used solely for promoting the Platform and the Business.

LOOKS may offer promotional discounts to Customers as part of marketing campaigns.

Where applicable

• Customers may receive promotional discounts, including discounts of up to ten percent (10%) or such other percentage as determined by LOOKS.
• The promotional discount shall generally be funded by LOOKS and shall not reduce the eligible service revenue payable to the Business Owner, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
• Promotional reimbursement is subject to successful completion of the appointment, verification procedures, and compliance with applicable campaign terms.

LOOKS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional campaign or reimbursement program at any time without prior notice.

Business Owners may be invited to participate in promotional campaigns.

Participation may depend upon factors such as

• Appointment Completion Rate

LOOKS reserves the right to approve or decline participation.

Selection criteria remain at the discretion of LOOKS.

LOOKS may introduce referral programs for Customers and Business Owners.

Referral campaigns may include

• Referral Rewards
• Credits
• Coupons
• Promotional Discounts
• Cashback

LOOKS reserves the right to determine

• Eligibility
• Reward Value
• Referral Limits
• Redemption Rules
• Expiration Dates

Fraudulent referrals are prohibited.

LOOKS may introduce loyalty or membership programs rewarding Customers based on their activity.

Benefits may include

• Exclusive Promotions
• Member Discounts
• Loyalty Points
• Birthday Rewards
• VIP Benefits

Program rules may vary and are subject to separate terms where applicable.

LOOKS may issue promotional vouchers.

Unless otherwise specified

• Vouchers are non-transferable.
• Vouchers have no cash value.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

LOOKS reserves the right to cancel vouchers obtained fraudulently.

Any promotional content created as part of these collaborations must comply with applicable advertising laws and Platform policies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited

• Fake referrals.
• Fake bookings to obtain discounts.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional benefits.
• Manipulating referral campaigns.
• Coupon abuse.
• Promotional fraud.
• False advertising.
• Misrepresentation of offers.

LOOKS reserves the right to recover promotional benefits and suspend accounts involved in abuse.

Business Owners must ensure that all advertising and promotional content:

• Is accurate.
• Is truthful.
• Is not misleading.
• Complies with applicable laws.
• Does not infringe intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain false medical or cosmetic claims.

LOOKS may reject promotional material that does not meet these standards.

All marketing materials created by LOOKS remain the intellectual property of LOOKS unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Business Owners shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute LOOKS-created promotional materials without prior written consent.

LOOKS may, at any time

• Modify campaign rules.
• Change eligibility requirements.
• Adjust promotional values.
• Suspend campaigns.
• Extend campaigns.
• Cancel campaigns.

Such changes shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.

LOOKS actively monitors promotional campaigns for abuse.

Where suspicious activity is identified, LOOKS may

• Cancel promotional rewards.
• Reverse discounts.
• Suspend settlements.
• Suspend user accounts.
• Terminate Platform access.
• Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.

LOOKS does not guarantee

• Increased bookings.
• Increased revenue.
• Business growth.
• Customer acquisition.
• Marketing performance.

Campaign outcomes depend upon multiple factors beyond the control of LOOKS.

LOOKS reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued participation in promotional activities constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Effective Date
